Digital application process

Below is a step-by-step description of how the application process works.

  1. Check whether you meet the requirements
  2. Choose an inspection body.
  3. Conclude an agreement with an inspection body
  4. Apply for the SNF quality mark.
  5. Pay the invoice for the registration fee
  6. Have the initial inspection carried out.
  7. If the result is positive, you will be entered in the register:

If the result is negative, you will be given the opportunity to remedy the shortcomings (more information on this can be found in the standard). If everything is in compliance, you will be entered in the register. If you are unable to remedy the shortcomings in accordance with the SNF standard, the application will be unsuccessful.
